DTN COMMENTS:  Yet another very slow start to the morning, but packer 
inquiry will have to improve at some point today. Asking prices are 
starting out around $184 to $185 in the South, and $295-plus in the 
North. Beef cutouts are expected to be lower with light to moderate box 
movement.
