Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and higher on Select on light to 
moderate demand and offerings. Select and Choice chuck and round cuts steady
to weak. Choice rib and loin cuts weak to lower while Select higher. Beef 
trimmings not fully established.
